Set Up a Payment Method
Meta requires a valid payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) before you can send template messages.
WhatsApp template messages may incur charges from Meta, though many businesses stay within the free tier. The payment method is required regardless.
Steps

Go to business.facebook.com and sign in.

Switch to the business portfolio that contains your WhatsApp Business Account.

In the left sidebar, click Settings > Accounts > WhatsApp accounts.

Click the WhatsApp Business Account connected to Exabloom.

Find the Payment method section. If no payment method is listed, click Payment Settings.

In the new tab that opens, click Add payment method.

Enter your credit or debit card details and save.

Go back to the WABA settings tab and refresh — your payment method should now appear.
Facebook accepts most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). If your card is declined, ensure it supports international transactions.
