Disconnect WhatsApp Business from Exabloom

Remove a WhatsApp Coexistence connection between your phone number and Exabloom.

Where to disconnect​

Coexistence connections cannot be ended from inside Exabloom. The Disconnect button under Settings > Social Channels > Whatsapp Business opens a dialog that points you back to the WhatsApp Business App, because Meta only honours a disconnect that originates on the phone.

Disconnect from the WhatsApp Business App​

  1. Open the WhatsApp Business app on the phone whose number is connected to Exabloom.

  2. Go to Settings > Account > Business Platforms.

  3. Tap Exabloom in the list of connected platforms.

  4. Follow the prompts to disconnect.

  5. Return to Exabloom and confirm the channel under Settings > Social Channels no longer shows as Connected. Allow up to 5 minutes for Meta to finalise the disconnection.

If Business Platforms is empty or Exabloom is not listed, the phone-side connection is already gone.
