Do Not Disturb - Block Communication with a Contact
The Do Not Disturb feature allows you to block or allow communication with specific contacts across all channels. This guide will show you how to manage these settings.
Steps to Block or Allow Communication
Step 1: Go to the Contacts Page
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Contacts page.
Step 2: Select a Contact
- Click on the contact you want to manage.
Step 3: Toggle Do Not Disturb Settings

In the right panel, locate the Do Not Disturb section.
- You’ll see a toggle for All Channels with two options:
- Allowed: The contact can receive messages from you.
- Blocked: The contact will not receive any form of communication from you.
- You’ll see a toggle for All Channels with two options:

Toggle between Allowed or Blocked based on your preference.
note- If the label shows Allowed, the contact is currently able to receive messages from you.
- If the label shows Blocked, the contact will not receive any communication from you.
Example
- To block communication, toggle the switch to Blocked.
- To allow communication, toggle the switch to Allowed.

You’ve successfully updated the communication settings for this contact. Repeat these steps for any other contacts you’d like to manage.
