Delete Contact

How to Delete

  1. Go to Contacts page
  2. Select one or more contacts (use checkboxes for multiple)
  3. Click Delete button
  4. Confirm deletion

For multiple contacts: The system schedules deletion and processes it in the background. Check the Bulk Actions page to monitor deletion progress.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete a contact, these are permanently removed:

  • Contact profile and data
  • Lead records
  • Conversation messages
  • Workflow enrollment history

Workflow Re-entry

For workflows set to "allow contact to enter only once": deleted contacts can re-enter if recreated with the same phone number. The system treats them as new contacts.
