Download a Payment Receipt

Download receipts for WhatsApp Business payments from Meta Business Manager.

Steps​

  1. Go to business.facebook.com and sign in.

  2. In the left panel, click your Business Portfolio and open Business Settings (gear icon).

    Navigate to Business Portfolio Settings

  3. Click WhatsApp Accounts, select your WABA, and click Payment Settings.

    Go to Payment Settings

  4. Click Payment activity and download the receipt.
