Connecting To Whatsapp

Connecting your Whatsapp is as simple as scanning a QR code

Before you can send any Whatsapp message via Exabloom, you need to connect your Whatsapp to Exabloom.

Follow these steps to connect your Whatsapp:

1. Login to app.exabloom.com/login

2. Go to Settings > Social Channels

   

   If you don’t see any “Social Channels”, you may click on this link: https://app.exabloom.com/settings/social-channels

3. Click on “Connect” button for “WhatsApp”

   

   Don't see "Connect" button?

   If you don't see the "Connect" button, your Whatsapp is most likely already connected to Exabloom. A Whatsapp that is already connected look like this:

   

   To reconnect, simply click on the "Connected XX XXXX XXXX" to disconnect first and reconnect the Whatsapp by clicking on the "Connect" button

4. Wait (~ 1 min) for the QR code to appear

   

5. Once QR code is shown, use your WhatsApp app on your mobile phone to scan the QR code

   

   note

   The QR code will automatically change every ~60 seconds. So if you take a screenshot, send it to someone else to scan it, the QR may not be valid after 60 seconds.

6. Once QR code is scanned, please wait for the linkage to complete (you may need to wait 1 ~ 2 mins for the linkage to be completed)

7. Once linkage is complete your WhatsApp is now connected to Exabloom
