What you can include:

How Variables Work

Variables use double curly braces: {{variable_name}}

When you send the message, Exabloom replaces {{variable_name}} with the actual data (like a customer's name or order number).

Example:

Hi {{first_name}}! Your order #{{order_number}} will arrive on {{delivery_date}}.

What you can include:

  • Short supplementary text
  • Variables (though typically static)

Buttons (Optional)​

Quick Reply Only

Exabloom only supports Quick Reply buttons. Other button types (URL buttons, phone call buttons) are not supported.

  • Perfect for simple menu options
