Supported Template Message Features
Exabloom supports most WhatsApp Business template features. The key limitation is that only Quick Reply buttons are supported — URL and call buttons are not.

Header (optional)
Supports plain text, text with variables, and media (images, videos, documents).
Order Update for {{customer_name}}
Body (required)
The main message text. Use variables with double curly braces: {{variable_name}}. Exabloom replaces these with actual data when the message is sent.
Hi {{first_name}}! Your order #{{order_number}} will arrive on {{delivery_date}}.
Footer (optional)
Short supplementary text, typically static.

Buttons (optional)
Only Quick Reply buttons are supported. When a customer taps a Quick Reply button, their choice is sent back as a text message.
