Mass Create Leads

Import contacts from external sources (e.g., Google Ads) and automatically create lead records for each one using a workflow.

Steps

1. Import contacts

1. Go to Contacts and import your contact list. Exabloom automatically filters out duplicate phone numbers.
2. Verify the imported contacts appear on the Contacts page.

At this point, the contacts exist but do not have lead records.

2. Locate the imported contacts

1. Go to Bulk Actions.
2. Find the completed import action.
3. Click the three-dot menu and select View Contacts > All contacts in bulk action.

3. Create a workflow

1. Go to Workflows and create a new workflow.
2. Add a Create Lead action (no trigger needed).
3. Save the workflow.

By default, Exabloom prevents duplicate leads in the same pipeline. Adjust this in the action settings if needed.

4. Send contacts to the workflow

1. On the filtered Contacts page, select all imported contacts.
2. Click Add to Workflow and choose the workflow you created.
3. Set batch processing:
   • Batch size: 5
   • Interval: 1 minute

5. Monitor progress

Go to Bulk Actions to track the workflow progress. Once complete, each contact will have a lead record on the Leads page.
