Disconnect WhatsApp

You can disconnect WhatsApp from Exabloom through the web app or directly from the WhatsApp mobile app.

Method 1: Disconnect via Exabloom​

  1. Sign in to app.exabloom.com.

  2. Go to Settings > Social Channels.

  3. Under WhatsApp, click the Connected button showing your phone number.

  4. Click Disconnect.

  5. Type DISCONNECT in the confirmation field and click Disconnect.

Method 2: Disconnect via WhatsApp mobile app​

  1. Open WhatsApp on your phone.

  2. Go to Settings > Linked Devices.

  3. Find the device labeled Web or Desktop and tap it.

  4. Tap Log Out or Unlink Device.

WhatsApp uses generic labels for linked devices. If you're unsure which device is Exabloom, check the last active time. See WhatsApp's guide: How to Unlink a Device.

Troubleshooting​

Disconnect button not working? Refresh the page or sign out and back in. Contact support if the issue persists.

WhatsApp still shows as connected? Wait a few moments and refresh the page.
