Set Up Quick Replies
Quick replies let you save frequently used messages and insert them into conversations with a shortcut. They can include images.
Create a quick reply

Go to Settings > Quick replies and click New quick reply.

Enter a Shortcut and Message, then click Save.
Shortcut formatting rules
- No spaces allowed
- Maximum 25 characters
- Only letters and numbers (no special characters)

The quick reply appears in your list.
Use a quick reply
In the conversation window, there are two ways to insert a quick reply:
Type a shortcut: Type / in the chat box to see all quick replies. Continue typing to filter — for example, /faq narrows results to shortcuts starting with "faq".
Use the menu: Click the + icon in the chat box, select Quick replies, then select the message.
