Send a WhatsApp Message

You can send WhatsApp messages from any page in Exabloom — Contacts, Inbox, or Leads. The process is the same regardless of where you start.

Steps

1. Go to Contacts, Inbox, or Leads.

2. Select a contact, chat, or lead to open the conversation window.

3. Type your message in the text field at the bottom of the conversation window.

4. Click Send.

The message is delivered through the WhatsApp number connected to your Exabloom account. If you haven't connected a number yet, see Connect WhatsApp.
