WhatsApp Widget Message Setup

Configure the pre-filled message that appears when visitors click your WhatsApp widget, so Exabloom's AI can automatically identify and route new leads from your marketing campaigns.

Prerequisites

  • Custom Enterprise Plan subscription with background AI monitoring enabled

How it works

Exabloom's AI monitors incoming WhatsApp messages for specific patterns. By using a structured message format in your widget, the AI can distinguish marketing leads from regular conversations and automatically tag them for follow-up.

The AI maps keywords to lead sources:

  • Facebook/Instagram keywords (e.g., "saw your ad on Facebook") → categorised as Facebook/Instagram leads
  • Website/Google keywords (e.g., "found you on Google") → categorised as Google Search leads

warning

Avoid generic messages like "I'm interested in your classes" or "Tell me about your programs" — these lack a source keyword and won't be recognised by the AI.
