WhatsApp Widget Message Setup
Configure the pre-filled message that appears when visitors click your WhatsApp widget, so Exabloom's AI can automatically identify and route new leads from your marketing campaigns.
Prerequisites
- Custom Enterprise Plan subscription with background AI monitoring enabled
How it works
Exabloom's AI monitors incoming WhatsApp messages for specific patterns. By using a structured message format in your widget, the AI can distinguish marketing leads from regular conversations and automatically tag them for follow-up.
The AI maps keywords to lead sources:
- Facebook/Instagram keywords (e.g., "saw your ad on Facebook") → categorised as Facebook/Instagram leads
- Website/Google keywords (e.g., "found you on Google") → categorised as Google Search leads

Set up
- Copy or build your message using the template above.
- In your website admin panel, find your WhatsApp widget settings.
- Paste the message into the pre-filled message field.
- Save and test by clicking the WhatsApp button on your website.
Avoid generic messages like "I'm interested in your classes" or "Tell me about your programs" — these lack a source keyword and won't be recognised by the AI.
