Create a Pipeline

Set up a pipeline to organize and track leads through your business process.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Pipelines.

  2. Click New Pipeline.

  3. Enter a descriptive name for the pipeline (e.g., "Sales Pipeline").

  4. Switch to the Stages tab and add the stages that match your process (e.g., New Inquiry, Quote Sent, Follow-Up, Closed). Drag and drop to reorder.

  5. Optionally, switch to the Data Fields tab to show or hide fields for this pipeline.

  6. Click Create.

Your pipeline now appears in Settings > Pipelines and as a filter option on the Leads page.
