Create a Contact Folder
Folders let you group contacts by filters such as tags, so you can quickly access contacts that share specific criteria.
Steps

Go to Contacts and click New folder.

Enter a name for the folder (e.g., "Beginner Art") and click Create folder.

Set the filter conditions that define which contacts appear in this folder. For example, to group contacts who purchased a specific course:
- Set the filter field to Tags
- Set the condition to Any Of
- Enter the tag value (e.g., "course-beginner-art-class")

Save the folder. The filtered contacts now appear under this folder.
