Block Communication with a Contact

The Do Not Disturb setting lets you block all outbound communication to a specific contact.

Steps​

  1. Go to Contacts and click the contact you want to manage.

  2. In the right panel, find the Do Not Disturb section.

  3. Toggle the All Channels switch:

    • Allowed — the contact can receive messages from you
    • Blocked — the contact will not receive any communication from you
