Create a Form

Build a contact form using Exabloom's drag-and-drop form builder. This guide creates a basic form that captures visitor information and saves it as a contact.

Steps​

  1. Go to Forms and click New.

  2. The form comes pre-populated with default contact fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone, and Email.

  3. Enter a name for your form (e.g., "Contact Us").

  4. Click Save.

Test your form​

  1. Click Preview to open the form in a new tab.

  2. Fill in all fields with your own details (use your real phone number — you'll need it for the next guide).

  3. Submit the form, then go to Contacts and verify your test contact appears.

Troubleshooting​

Form not saving? Check that all required fields have labels and that you clicked Save after naming the form.

Contact not appearing? Wait 30–60 seconds and refresh the page. Ensure all required fields were filled in during testing.
